Little Mint Photo Co. grew from two things I hold close to my heart: working with preschool aged kids, and capturing memories. For 8 years, I had the absolute joy of teaching art at a Montessori school. It was never just a job to me, but a true passion and an opportunity to connect with littles, and inspire them to be unafraid to be themselves. While there, I was also able to grow Eleven Four Photography (my primary business), and eventually became the school photographer. 
Little Mint is my way of holding onto the magic I found in the classroom and sharing it through photographs that feel as genuine and joyful as the kids in them.

With years of experience working with preschoolers, we know how to meet kids where they are—whether that means cracking a silly joke, making space for a shy pause, or capturing the spontaneous burst of laughter that happens when no one’s expecting it. 

Our goal is to make picture day a positive experience for everyone involved—parents, teachers, and most importantly, the kids. Because when kids feel at ease, their true personalities come to life in the photos. And that’s where the magic happens.
